The Massachusetts Chapter of AASWG is currently accepting nominations for the 2012 GROUP WORK AGENCY OF THE YEAR, GROUP WORKER OF THE YEAR AND STUDENT GROUP WORKER OF THE YEAR. The chapter will recognize an agency, group worker and group work student that has shown commitment and leadership, and has made considerable contributions to the field of social work with groups. Nominated agencies and individuals should exemplify excellence in the field and serve as an inspiration to others. Please help us identify group work agencies and individuals who deserve to be recognized for their contributions by nominating a deserving organization. The honored agency will be selected by the Board of Directors from the nominations received. The Group Work Agency of the Year Award will be presented at our Conference/ Annual Meeting on March 9, 2012 at Simmons College School of Management.
